ATTENTION! USIF launches a new Project!

Interested communities of Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk and Lugansk regions are kindly invited to participate in subprojects competition within new, - USIF VI Project.
The Project envisages financing for creation housing for internally displaced persons and renovation of social infrastructure facilities, such as schools and kindergartens.

USIF-VI will cover 3 oblasts: Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv and Zaporozhye. Also, the project will be implemented in parts of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts under the control of the Government of Ukraine. UFI VI will last till the end of 2021. The German Government grants € 9 million.
Ukraine will receive € 9 million from the Government of Germany for the creation of social housing for internally displaced persons and the development of infrastructure (schools, kindergartens) in the cities hosting HPE. The respective Financial and Project Agreement was signed on April 19, 2018 by Minister of Social Policy Andriy Reva, head of the city and infrastructure division of the German State Development Bank KfW Marion Knysh and executive director of the Ukrainian Fund for Social Investments Andriy Laktionov. The ceremony was also attended by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Germany to Ukraine Ernst Reichel and director of the KfW office in Ukraine Lutz Horn-Haecke.
Non-refundable financial assistance is provided by the Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany (BMZ) through the German State Development Bank KfW. Project "Promoting the development of social infrastructure. UFI VI "will last for four years. Grant funds are directed in Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhya, Kharkiv regions and regions under the control of Donetsk regions and Luhansk regions. The new project will help around 1,000 internally displaced persons to receive social housing.
