USIF marks the World Quality Day
The quality management system according to the ISO 9001 international standard was developed and implemented by USIF in 2014.
ISO 9001 is the best known standard of creating quality management system which guarantees the quality of goods and services, promotion of investment attractiveness, motivation of personnel and trust of partners and consumers to the quality of services/goods.
USIF’s quality management system comprises implementation of projects in social area and aimed at quality management of all processes in order to meet requirements and expectations of the projects beneficiaries, donors, state authorities, employees and all interested parties.
USIF’s quality management system is audited every year and confirms its compliance with the requirements of the ISO 9001 international standard and transparency of all processes.
The preliminary results of the audit conducted on 03.11.2022 confirmed USIF’s quality management system compliance with the requirements of this standard once again.
USIF is going to further support, develop, and improve the quality management system to satisfy all interested parties and for sustainability of the Fund’s operation.
