After significant changes that occurred in the years 2024-2025, the list for restoration (implementation) under the Project includes 10 objects (subprojects/SPs).
5 of them envisage reconstruction of buildings in order to create new housing/apartments for IDPs (SP of Component I), while the other 5, - repair of objects/premises to improve IDPs living conditions in the places of their temporary compact residence (SP of Component II).
As of the end of the 1st quarter of 2026, the situation with SPs implementation is as follows:

Development of design and cost estimate documentation (DED) |
Based on the elaborated by USIF, endorsed by KfW and approved in the year 2024 Project Environmental and Social Management Framework, environmental and social management plans (ESMPs), stakeholder engagement plans (SEPs) and grievance redress mechanisms (GRMs) are developed for all aforementioned SPs. Apart from that, taking into account detection of asbestos-containing materials (ACM) at the facility in the village of Oleksandrivka, they were removed from the object, transported and landfilled in 2025.

Considering modification of the Project Environmental and Social Management Framework in the year 2025, ESMPs, SEPs and GRMs for SPs of Component II have been revised.
In addition, given the detection of ACM at the objects of 4 out of 5 listed SPs of Component II, asbestos management plans (AMPs) have been elaborated.
