The project is funded by the European Union and implemented by the German State Development Bank KfW.
"The European Union continues to support the reform of Vocational Education and training in Ukraine. After all, the future of the country as a whole depends on it,” said Frederik Coene, Head of Cooperation at the European Union Delegation to Ukraine.

"The quality of training of skilled workers depends on the facilities and modernisation of Vocational Education institutions. Therefore, the Government of Ukraine cares about updating equipment in institutions and promotes investment for these purposes. We support the implementation of various initiatives, including international ones, which contribute to the development of infrastructure in educational institutions," said Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Ihor Harbaruk.
"The issue of Vocational Education reform is currently extremely important. Modernisation of this industry will provide additional tools for quality training and bring it to a completely different level of attention in society. We truly thank our European partners for helping us modernise our vocational education system! This year has been a good start to the pace of reform, but there is still much work to be done. I am sure that under such conditions there will definitely be enough skilled workers in Bukovyna,” added Serhiy Osachuk, head of the Chernivtsi Regional State Administration.
