Career guidance and promotion of employment are the areas of development and support to IDPs and host communities

During October 2020 face-to-face trainings for unemployed IDPs, local residents and youth were held in seven partner communities of the “Promotion of Social Infrastructure Development. USIF VI” Project.
The trainings are conducted by representatives of municipal employment centers and youth institutions, who were previously taught in modern methods and tools of training work on career guidance and employment assistance within the framework of this Program.
Under mentorship of experienced trainers, they managed to develop their own training courses for residents of their communities, including internally displaced persons.
