Phone us Memoranda of cooperation within USIF VIII Project were signed in Luhansk, Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv regions
On August 4, 2021, a solemn signing of memoranda of cooperation within "Promotion of social infrastructure. USIF VIII” Project was held in the premises of Luhansk region military-civil administration.
According to the concluded memorandums and with the use of the German Government grant funds provided through the KfW Development Bank, four medical institutions will be renovated in Luhansk region, namely:
⁃ outpatient clinic №2 of "Severodonetsk Primary Health Care Center (PHCC)"
⁃ outpatient clinic № 1 and №2 of Rubizhne Town Council PHCC
⁃ cardioneurological department of Starobilsk multidisciplinary hospital
⁃ polyclinic department of Svativ multidisciplinary hospital.
The implementation of these subprojects will help to improve the provision of medical services to residents of the four territorial communities of Luhansk region and strengthen medical institutions capacities to counteract the consequences and impact of COVID-19.
In addition, a memorandum of cooperation with Slobozhanske village council of Dnipropetrovsk region was signed.
The provided grant funds are envisaged to be channeled for renovation of the building, located at 3, Budivelnykiv str. in the village. Slobozhanske, where the Slobozhanske outpatient clinic of general practice and family medicine will be stationed. The implementation of the Project will strengthen the capacity of the medical institution to counter COVID-19 and improve the conditions for providing medical care to Slobozhanske community residents.
Finally, on the same day, a memorandum of cooperation was signed with Izyum town territorial community, represented by Izyum Mayor Valeriy Marchenko.
