Bilokurakyne primary health care center resumed operation after overhaul of its facility
Primary health care center of the urban type village Bilokurakyne (Luhansk region) on 13 December 2021 resumed operation after overhaul of its facility.
The solemn ceremony on this occasion was attended by:
Lyudmyla Rusanova, Chairman of Svativska district council;
Oleh Slipets, Head of Svativska district state administration;
Serhii Siryk, Нead of urban type village Bilokurakyne;
Andriy Laktionov, Executive Director of the Ukrainian Social Investment Fund;
Artur Brodzinsky, Director of the Eastern Regional Office of the Ukrainian Social Investment Fund.
The overhaul of the building of Bilokurakyne primary health care center (PHCC), located on 72, Central’na str., was performed with the use of grant funds of the German Government, provided through KfW in the framework of "Promotion of social infrastructure development - improvement of rural basic health. USIF VII" Project, being implemented by the Ukrainian Social Investment Fund.
As part of the building overhaul, facades with a total area of 584 square meters were insulated, slopes were insulated and decorated, cornice was filled, paving was made, insulated metal entrance doors and drainage system were installed, porch and attic were repaired. In addition, medical equipment, rapid tests and means of personal protection for medical were purchased for the PHCC.
The total cost of construction works is UAH 3.180 million.
The cost of medical equipment, rapid tests and means of personal protection amounted to over UAH 500,000.
After construction works completion, landscaping of the adjacent territory, financed from the community budget funds, was made.
Representatives of the Center will also have the opportunity to participate in the training program for physicians and heads of medical institutions, scheduled for year 2022.
