Outpatient clinic № 7 of Kamyanske town Primary Health Care Center № 3 resumed its work after overhaul

On March 25, 2025, the solemn opening of the outpatient clinic in Kamianske, modernized with grant funds provided by the German Government, was held. The event was attended by the town mayor Andriy BILOUSOV, director of the First USIF Regional Office Serhii KARATANOV, representatives of local/self-government authorities, local public organizations and interested local residents.
As part of the overhaul of the premises with an area of over 900 m², windows and interior doors, water supply and drainage network, heating system, lighting and electrical equipment have been replaced, a ventilation system and plumbing equipment have been installed, internal works have been carried out and Internet connection has been established.
The outpatient clinic has become accessible to people with disabilities and other groups with limited mobility based on the principle of universal design. Toilets have been equipped and staff call buttons have been installed. The entrance to the institution has been equipped with accessible information about the facility using Braille. Information signs, tactile and visual accessibility elements for people with visual impairments have been placed on all routes. The necessary visual information for patients with disabilities has been placed on information stands.
The total cost of construction works with associated expenses is about UAH 28,000,000.
In addition, a series of trainings for management and medical staff have been conducted, which will help to improve the level of services provided for patients.
The renovated outpatient clinic employs 10 doctors and 15 medical staff, who will now receive patients in spacious offices with modern equipment. The clinic serves to more than 12,000 residents, including about 1,500 of internally displaced persons.
The modernization of the outpatient clinic has been performed within the framework of "Promotion of Social Infrastructure Development - USIF.VIII", which is being financed by the Government of Germany through the German Development Credit Institution (KfW) and being implemented by the Ukrainian Social Investment Fund.
