It is implemented by the Ukrainian Social Investment Fund (USIF) with support from by IPC – Internationale Projekt Consult GmbH and CES – CES clean energy solutions GesmbH.
Signing of Concepts of Excellence for higher vocational school No. 41 in Tulchyn and Kvasyliv Vocational Lyceum lays the foundation for improvement of professional training and VETs development.
The “Excellence Starts Here” initiative focuses on several key areas of development:
- Upgrading facilities and equipment to align with industry needs.
- Building partnerships with employers and industries to support practical learning opportunities.

These steps will support the schools in enhancing their capacity to deliver modern, industry-relevant education while contributing to local and regional development.
